GBP (Google Business Pages), sometimes referred to as GMB (Google My Business) listings show up at the top of the search results, accompanied by a map. They typically show the business name, address, phone number, category, hours, star rating and a link the website or click for directions button. When clicked, the listing will also reveal photos, logos, videos, payment methods and more.
Because these listings show up prominently, they get a lot of clicks. In fact, trends show more visitors take action at the GMB listing than go to the website itself.
